Pilar originated from Lima, Peru, where she embarked on various entrepreneurial ventures before relocating to the United States in the early 1990s. As mother of three boys, she recognized the broader opportunities available in entrepreneurship within the US, prompting her to obtain her real estate license 1995.

 

Initially licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, she currently holds licenses in the latter two states. Together with her husband, Mario Sr., Pilar successfully operated a financial services company and engaged in several other business endeavors over the years. She has also taken on the role of mentor to her eldest son, guiding him into the real estate industry, and they now collaborate as a team.

 

In her free time, Pilar enjoys spending quality moments with her six grandchildren and traveling with her husband of over 40 years.
