First, let's find out how much of a home you can afford! We'll point you to a trusted Loan Officer to get your pre-approval in order.
Tour homes
Now that we know your budget, let's go a look at homes! We'll gather the top of your list picks and get a tour schedule in the books. Once we tour and you find "The One", we'll guide you in preparing the best offer possible!
Ratification
Once you're offer is accepted and ratified, you're a step closer to being in your new home! We'll make sure everything goes smoothly from getting inspections done on time, getting earnest money deposited in escrow and meeting all the timelines of your contract. Once your loan is cleared to close and we've done your final walk-through, it's closing time!
Closing!
We've made it! After all the hard work you are now at the closing table and closing today! We will meet you at the closing table, usually at the title company, but every situation is different. Once you've crossed all the T's and dotted the i's and have finalized all paperwork, you get your keys!
