Pilar is originally from Lima, Peru where she embarked in several entrepreneurial endeavors before moving to the US in the early 90s.​
As a mother of three boys, she immediately realized how much bigger and easier entrepreneurship was in the US and so she got her real estate license in 1995 and started her career. She was originally licensed in DC, MD, and VA and currently holds the latter 2 licenses.
​
She and her husband, Mario Sr. ran a very successful financial services company and several other businesses throughout the years.
​
She mentored her eldest son into the real estate industry and today they work together as a team.
​
In her free time, Pilar enjoys spending time with her 6 grandchildren and traveling with her husband of over 40 years.
